REFUND POLICY

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to the Pink City Rickshaw Company via email. All mails must be sent to siddharth@accessdev.org/ radhika@accessdev.org and cancellation acknowledgement will be sent within 3 working days and amount refunded within 7 to 10 working days subject to below refund policy.

For Free Independent Traveler

  • Full amount will be refunded if cancelled within 3 daysof the trip.
  • 75% of the total amount will be refunded if cancelled within 1 day of the trip.
  • 50% of the total amount will be refunded if cancelled on the same day of the trip.

For Groups

All group reservations are held on tentative basis. The reservation will be confirmed on receipt of full payment, 30 days prior to the date of the trip. If the same has not been received by the above-mentioned time frame, the company reserves the right to release this reservation without any notice.

  • Full amount will be refunded if cancelled within 15 days of the Trip
  • 25% of the total amount will be deducted as cancellation fees, if cancelled within 7days of the trip.
  • No amount will be refunded if cancelled within 2 days of the trip.

Special Dates (15 Dec – 15 Jan & Literature Festival):

No amount will be refunded if cancelled within these dates.

Payment Option

You may deposit the money directly to Pink City Rickshaw Company A/c, or through Payment Gateway if using Website and App for the booking.

COD option is also available and you may contact us at siddharth@accessdev.org / radhika@accessdev.org for more clarification on COD and other payment options.

  • For FIT’s: Minimum 1 day prior to the date of trip
  • For Groups (03 rickshaws or more): 25% of the total amount needs to be deposit on blocking or at the time of booking confirmation.
  • And the remaining 75% of the total amount needs to be deposit 15days prior to the date of trip.
  • Special Dates (15Dec – 15 Jan & Literature Festival): 100% on blocking.
